Roots. Royalty. Resilience. is a transformative one-week program designed for middle and high school students who are ready to explore their power, identity, and purpose. Through engaging activities, thought-provoking discussions, and dynamic leadership development, students walk away with more than just knowledge—they leave with tools for action.

About the Program

In a space rooted in safety, support, and celebration, students will:

• Build a Healthy Racial Identity — Embrace who they are with pride.

• Develop Emotional Awareness — Gain tools for self-reflection and emotional growth.

• Grow as Leaders — Strengthen communication, advocacy, and confidence.

• Explore Culturally Responsive Lessons — Learn through age-appropriate activities grounded in Black history and lived experiences.

• Find & Use Their Voice — Speak with clarity, purpose, and passion.

• Be Ready to Lead — Return to their communities empowered and inspired.
